Are designed to deeply shift and transform your energy in all areas where transformation, healing and spiritual growth are being called in. The theme of this particular retreat is ‘ Restore, Reset and Replenish’ with a specific focus on detoxifying the mind, body, and spirit through powerful and potent Yoga, life -changing meditation, and nurturing, healing wellness practices and nourishing foods.
In an ever changing, busy, noisy world full of challenges and stimulations, taking time to retreat and go inward is essential. We simply must develop practices of calling our energy back in and finding our inner peace and stillness to remain grounded, centered, focused and balanced in amongst the chaos that is so often a part of life. To retreat is to take time for the ‘ SELF’ to re-energize, restore, reset, recuperate, regenerate and refresh. Stillness and self care is simply a MUST to remain in equilibrium.
With so many external influences affecting our moods, minds and emotions it is commonplace to experience a lack of clarity in the mind, and overflow of emotions, or a complete disconnection from them, ultimately the physical body begins to accumulate stress, and when this happens we simply do not ‘ flow’ the way we are supposed too. We experience some kind of ‘ disturbance’ and the balance and alignment of our mind, body and soul is affected.
To be peaceful and still in your heart regardless of what is happening around you is a gift, and is possible for all of us to have this gift, we just need to know how to receive this gift and to learn the best ways to cultivate this deep inner stillness within.
This retreat is designed to do just that.
To supply you with the tools you need to cultivate stillness within, and to focus on the detoxification of the mind by pulling ourselves away from external stimulus, noise, technology and such like, and instead to purify the mind with regular meditation, powerful mantra and transformational mindset coaching.
To detoxify the physical body with a delicious healthy menu of South Indian Vegetarian detoxifying foods, nutritional information, cooking classes, detoxifying yoga and pranayama practices, also to detoxify the emotional body by learning various different methods of emotional release through the vessel of yoga, meditation, breath work and other somatic movement practices.
We Will Explore
We will explore the detoxification of all layers through various profound practices such as Hatha Yoga, Flowing Yoga, Pure Yin Yoga Asana ( posture) Restorative Yoga, Qigong, Pranayama ( breath work), Raja Yoga ( Powerful and Transformative Meditation Practices in various forms), Mantra ( chanting meditation), Ancient Rituals, Chakra awareness Practices, Holistic Health Coaching, Powerful Intention Setting practices and other deeply Sacred Practices and inner work along the way, not to mention time to be silent and still by yourself as you like.
